FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING
Orders are shipped and processed 6-8 business days after they are placed. Delivery times vary depending on product availability and destination.
REFUNDS, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We guarantee that you will receive a product free of defects or we will replace it! In the event that an item is damaged or defective, please contact us within seven days of delivery for assistance. Once that timeframe expires, we cannot replace an order damaged in transit.
Every order is designed and printed specifically for the customer. Therefore, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Order cancellations and refunds are not possible once a proof has been sent.
Monogram initials not stated in the correct order, misspelled text or bad grammar will not be refunded.
PRIORITY MAIL - DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Priority Mail orders are insured up to $100 with USPS. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, you may file a claim with USPS and receive a full refund. Upon delivery, if you wish to obtain a replacement for an item lost in transit or damaged, please contact us within 3 Business Days. The packaging as well as photos of the damage are required.
No replacements or refunds will be given if photos are not provided. Refunds will only be issued for the actual item if your refund request is approved.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been scanned as "delivered" by the USPS to your home or business. In the event of a delivery issue, please contact your local post office.
