REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Aqua Magnolia thanks you for shopping with us.
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Product descriptions and product images are available, as well as the option to view a final product proof with your custom personalization before processing your order.
Aqua Magnolia's products are Custom Personalized, therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the item is free from product defect or printing error.
We all make mistakes, including Aqua Magnolia. So please contact us within 7 days if there is a problem with your order along with photos and we will provide a replacement.
If your order is damaged, please let us know within 3 Business Days of delivery. Pictures of the damage and the original packaging are needed. No replacements or refunds will be given if photos are not provided. If a refund is approved, you will receive a refund for the actual item only. Any shipping charges cannot be refunded.
